Note: We have base access and are fully familiar with on-base procedures. Whether your event is at a chapel, hangar, parade field, or community center, we’re able to arrive on time and ready to serve—no extra coordination needed.

Photography Packages

$400 – Ceremony Coverage
Up to 1 hour of coverage (e.g., promotion, retirement, or change of command). Includes key moments and candid highlights.

$500 – Ceremony + Family Portraits
Coverage before or after the ceremony to include posed portraits with family, unit members, or colleagues. (Approx. 2–2.5 hours total.)

$675 – Full Event Coverage
Includes ceremony, portraits, and additional time for reception, luncheon, or secondary location (up to 3.5 hours).

Add-On: Social Media Content Creation

Optional second shooter (iPhone/short-form video specialist) to capture behind-the-scenes footage and vertical content for Reels/TikToks.

+$250 – Content Creation Add-On
Includes:

• iPhone video clips before, during, and after ceremony

• Behind-the-scenes family and emotional moments

• Final Reel (30–60 seconds) professionally edited and delivered within 48 hours
